SENIORS
SENIORS LISTEN UP, THE REST IS FOR YOU..
Seniors! There will be a hiring fair on May 8th for students headed into the workforce after high school. Many local employers will want to review your resume and talk to you. The deadline to register for the hiring fair is Friday, April 18th. Look at recent emails from Lori Sauter for details and registration information, or use the QR code on the whiteboard outside the College and Career Center.
Seniors! So many local scholarships are available now! I can’t nag you enough to check your school email and South’s website to find ways to get money for college! Come to the College and Career Center if you have questions.
Seniors! This Friday there is a mandatory meeting in the cafeteria for all seniors! Be there at 11am to learn about the 'check-out' process, seat selection, ticketing, rehearsal, attire, and more; all tasks explained at this meeting will be required before you can receive your cap & gown, graduation tickets, and your diploma! Again, all seniors must report at 11am this Friday in the cafeteria.
Seniors! If you have completed 120 hours of community service and have maintained a 3.5 GPA, you have qualified for District Honors Recognition. Please bring your completed documentation for this award, including all signatures verifying your volunteer hours, to Jessica in the counseling department before May 1st.
Seniors! Auditions for graduation speakers and performers are tomorrow at 3:45. If you have already filled out the interest form, watch for an email from Eric later today. Anyone else who would like to audition can fill out the form on the graduation page of the South website by the end of the day, or see Eric in the main office.
